2. Virtual Intake ($100 which goes towards total testing cost)
Gather background and schedule testing; complete questionnaires ahead of time.
3. In-Person Testing
Structured session(s) tailored to age, concern, and referral question.
4. Virtual or In-Person Feedback and Follow-up (1-2 weeks after testing)
Opportunity to go over results and recommendations with the doctor
5. Written Report
A clear, written report with explanation and recommendations delivered at time of feedback/follow-up and after all payments received.

Do I need a referral from a doctor or insurance?
No. Because we are a self-pay practice, no referral is required—just call to schedule.
Will I have to wait months for an appointment?
No. As a new self-pay practice in Middle Georgia, we are currently scheduling testing within the same month you call.
How long does the process take?
Most in-person testing can be completed in one session lasting 4–6 hours, with written reports typically ready within one to two weeks after testing.
Are appointments virtual or in person?
Intake appointments may be virtual. Most testing is conducted in person to ensure accurate and reliable results.
What if my child has difficulty sitting still or cooperating?
Dr. Charette has decades of experience working with children of all ages and understands these challenges. She offers breaks and multiple sessions when needed to ensure the evaluation is completed comfortably and successfully.
